English rose: Peaches Geldof demands the flashbulbs attention as she shows off a stunning dress at the world premiere of Inception in London
It's not often that the stars at a world premiere are upstaged by the guests.
But last night, the leading ladies of new movie Inception were given a run for their money on the red carpet by two of England's very own leading ladies
Scrubbing up well for the night was Peaches Geldof, who looked very pretty in a short, strapless floral dress that showed off the tan she has been topping up in Los Angeles recently.
She was joined on the red carpet by singer Pixie Lott, who mixed dainty with rock chick in her short dress in a pretty shade of light blue, which she teamed with heavy boots and a short-sleeved black leather jacket.
The two girls were attending the world premiere of Inception, the new film by Batman Begins and The Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan.
Its star, Leonardo DiCaprio, was at the centre of attention among the hundreds of fans that had queued up all day just to get a glimpse of even an autograph from their idol.

He delighted his captive audience as he took time out to make his way along the barriers, posing for pictures and signing autographs.
And he looked rather bemused at a sign that had been made in reference to his role in the blockbuster film Titanic, with the witty comment: 'I'd never let go, Leonardo.'
He then posed with his co-stars from the film including Sir Michael Caine and Cillian Murphy, who both starred in Nolan's Batman films.

Leo and his girls: Leonardo cuddles up to Ellen Page and Marion Cotillard
But he cuddled up to his leading ladies, Juno star Ellen Page and La Vie En Rose Oscar-winner Marion Cotillard as they stopped for pictures outside the cinema.
Page, 23, looked pretty and elegant in her simple black dress and heels, while Cotillard, 35, flaunted that Parisian chic in a brightly-coloured dress with a black trim, her hair loose round her shoulders.
Other stars of the film attending the premiere included Tom Hardy who arrived with his girlfriend Charlotte Riley.
Also attending were directors Guy Ritchie and Ridley Scott.

The film, which is released in the UK next week, tells the story of Dom Cobb, played by Leonardo, a skilled thief who steals valuable secrets from deep within the subconscious while people are in their dream state.
His rare ability has made him a coveted player in a new world of corporate espionage, but has also made him an international fugitive and cost him everything he has ever loved - and now he is being offered a chance at redemption.
