And Katie, 31, had the moves to match, putting on a raunchy routine for the actor in a flirty little black dress.
Tom, 47, didn't sing, but certainly played his part with a few twists reminiscent of his Risky Business days.
The pair were the star guests at A Fine Romance Benefit for The Motion Picture and Television Fund in held in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Song and dance: The actress has a passion for musical theatre
Two to tango: The pair put their chemistry on show
The event was hosted by Hugh Jackman and attended by Broadway star Catherine Zeta-Jones among others.
It's not the first time Katie has put her love of musical theatre on show.
Last year the actress performed a special tribute to Judy Garland for the 100th episode of US TV show, So You Think You Can Dance?
Bringing him to his knees: Tom really threw himself into the performance
Katie - who is not a professional dancer - wowed the audience with a slick rendition of Garland's greatest hit, Get Happy.
The routine coincided with the launch of her charity, the Dizzy Feet Foundation.
She co-founded the charity with SYTYCD judge Nigel Lythgoe, which is aimed at helping underprivileged children become professional dancers.
Katie has also passed on her love of dance to daughter Suri, 4, who regularly attends ballet classes near their New York home.
Number one fan: Tom planted a huge kiss on his wife after the routine
